Bridget Poulos

Bridget Poulos is an experienced talent acquisition and sales professional with a strong background in go-to-market (GTM) strategy and human resources. Currently serving as GTM Talent Acquisition at Abnormal Security, Bridget previously held the position of Senior Director for GTM Global Talent and US HR at Bionic, a CrowdStrike Company, during its acquisition. Bridget's tenure at Harness included various roles, culminating as Enterprise Sales Manager and Director of Worldwide Sales Development, receiving multiple awards including President's Club honors and a Star Performance Award. Prior experience also encompasses talent acquisition management at AppDynamics and Dynatrace, where Bridget developed expertise in recruiting for sales roles across global markets. Bridget holds a B.S. in Business Management and Psychology from Central Michigan University and an M.A. in Counseling from Oakland University.
