Christopher Poenaru

Christopher Poenaru is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and leading innovative software solutions. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead for the Platform Security team at Abnormal Security since May 2021, Christopher has previously held senior roles at MasonHub, where responsibilities included designing pivotal systems that significantly scaled operations. Notably, Christopher contributed to Hudson's Bay Company as a Lead Software Engineer, guiding a team in adopting new technologies and optimizing inventory systems. Early internships at firms such as Strava and Morgan Stanley provided foundational experience in cloud security, application development, and system optimization.
