Daniela Escarcega

Daniela Escarcega is an experienced People Program and Business Partner with a strong background in program management and human resources. At Palo Alto Networks, Daniela designed and launched the organization's inaugural two-year accelerated onboarding program for early-career Product Managers while also building trusting relationships with leaders to align people-related needs with organizational goals. Currently serving as a People Business Partner at Abnormal AI, Daniela previously held roles at eBay as a Diversity & Inclusion Program Manager and University Programs Intern Program Manager, where significant contributions were made to inclusion initiatives and program management. Earlier experience includes roles at Cisco Systems and Centennial Recreation Center, where skills in coordination, supervision, and customer service were developed. Daniela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from San Jose State University.
