Mick Leach

Mick Leach is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as Field CISO and Head of Security Operations at Abnormal Security since August 2021, where responsibilities include building and managing a global Cyber Defense organization. Prior to this role, Mick was Information Security Manager at Alliance Data Card Services, managing a Cyber Defense Operations team for a Fortune 500 company, and has a strong background in incident response, digital forensics, vulnerability analysis, and security operations. Earlier career experiences include managerial positions at Nationwide Insurance, overseeing a Security Operations Center, as well as technical roles in infrastructure engineering and support. Mick's career began in the United States Army, where a foundation in reconnaissance and IT systems administration was established.
