Lee MacDonald's education history includes attending Juno College of Technology in 2015 for a Web Development Immersive Bootcamp. They did not obtain a degree from this program. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Lee attended Northwood University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Automotive Marketing & Management.
In addition to their formal education, Lee MacDonald has obtained certifications in the field of Scrum. In July 2018, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. In December 2019, Lee achieved the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from the same institution.
