Lee MacDonald's work experience is as follows:

- Founder & CEO at Aboard since October 2019, where they lead a team that focuses on automating and customizing the employee onboarding process.

- Upside Member at The Upside Foundation of Canada since September 2020, where they contribute a portion of equity as a donation upon a successful liquidity event.

- Operations & Delivery, Scrum Master & Operations, and Jr Consultant & Project Manager at IDENTOS Inc. from October 2017 to August 2020, where they had various roles related to operations, project management, and consultancy.

- Owner of No Brand Supply from August 2017 to August 2020, where they created and sold affordable and visually appealing clothing.

- Resource Manager at KPDI in April and May 2017.

- Resource Coordinator & Project Manager at Full Stack Resources from November 2016 to May 2017, where they organized social activities and managed projects to improve workplace morale.

- Founder of iwantfreebeez from July 2016 to May 2017, a failed venture that rewarded individuals for donating unwanted goods.

- Student at Founder Institute from January to March 2016, where they received a Technical Fellowship but dropped out.

Lee MacDonald's education history includes attending Juno College of Technology in 2015 for a Web Development Immersive Bootcamp. They did not obtain a degree from this program. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, Lee attended Northwood University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Automotive Marketing & Management.

In addition to their formal education, Lee MacDonald has obtained certifications in the field of Scrum. In July 2018, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. In December 2019, Lee achieved the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from the same institution.
