Aboda's vision for an advanced prefabricated construction manufacturing plant in Colorado is motivated by a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility. By addressing housing shortages, redefining construction processes, and stimulating local economies, we aspire to create a lasting and meaningful impact on the housing industry and the communities we serve. We invite investors, partners, and collaborators to join us in this transformative journey toward a brighter, more accessible future in housing construction.

The path we took to get here

Aboda's story is truly extraordinary—a fortunate blend of expertise, funding, resources, and perfect timing. The team, equipped with diverse skills and experiences, received state-level support through Proposition 123 and gained access to a decommissioned prefabricated building factory from The Challenger Group. Everything came together swiftly and seamlessly. With the industry knowledge and connections from BiltWise Structures and a growing project pipeline, Aboda was established. Both Challenger and BiltWise are essential partners in our Colorado Joint Venture, Aboda Pueblo, LLC. We look forward to learning about your next project and exploring potential collaborations.

Our goal is to boost efficiency by leveraging advanced manufacturing and virtual design construction, revolutionizing traditional modular practices to achieve greater productivity and ROI.

We are committed to excelling while making a positive impact, providing high-quality housing solutions, boosting local economies, and promoting employee development.

Our vision is to be at the forefront of prefabricated construction, driving innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility to make a lasting impact on housing and communities.
