Ala Suboh has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2013, they began their career as a Project Admin and Finance Assistant at Palestine Polytechnic University/AMIDEAST. Ala then worked as a Project Coordinator at Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation from 2015 to 2017. Subsequently, they joined ActionAid as a Project Officer for a short period in 2017. In 2018, Ala became a Project Manager at the Guidance and Training Center for the Child and Family, where they worked until 2019. In the same year, they co-founded Abodda and held roles as a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer until present. In 2021, they joined the NHS as a Contact Tracing Practitioner and worked until 2023. Currently, Ala is serving as a Communications Development Project Officer at the CCPS - Coalition of Care and Support Providers in Scotland.

Ala Suboh holds a Master's degree in Developing and Evaluating Interventions, which was obtained from the University of Glasgow from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Administration and Accounting from Bethlehem University between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, they obtained a certification in PowerPoint: Creating an Infographic from LinkedIn in May 2021.
