Jay Harbison is an experienced hospitality executive with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Abode since January 2017, Jay is instrumental in transforming hospitality by merging upscale services with unique spaces. Prior to this role, Jay was a Principal at Green Street Ventures and Progressive Property Group, focusing on short-term rentals and residential property investments in Los Angeles. Jay has held significant leadership positions, including Vice President roles at Front Porch Development Company, Signature Destinations Club, and Abercrombie & Kent Destination Clubs, where responsibilities encompassed operational management, project development, and member services. Jay's earlier career includes managing prestigious clubs and resorts, such as the American Club Hong Kong and Goldcoast Resort and Conference Center. Jay holds a Masters of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
