Nancy Prado

Nancy Prado, MSHRM, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Abode Communities, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Nancy held roles as Human Resources Manager at YoungLA, where significant achievements included developing HR policies, enhancing employee benefits, and implementing ADP Workforce Now. An extensive HR background also includes positions as Human Resources Generalist at ALCO Designs, Human Resources Coordinator at Adient Aerospace, and Staff Human Resources at California State University-Long Beach. Additionally, Nancy managed over 200 employees as Human Resources Manager at Preservation Partners from 2009 to 2016. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Southern California and multiple honors degrees and certificates from Cerritos College and California State University-Long Beach.
