ABODE. An uncompromising standard in exclusive Dubai property since 2012.

Founded and led by Mark Tolland, the firm transcends traditional brokerage, adopting the focused lens of a family office with a principal’s mentality. It is a philosophy of alignment over volume.

With a permanent presence in Dubai and Mallorca, ABODE absorbs the friction of the global market to leave only the result. Complexities in management and cross-border movement dissolve into a singular outcome: the keys to a strategic portfolio that anchors a family’s global standing for generations.
