Juana Nunley

Juana oversees the property operations team for Abode Services, Allied Housing, and Housing for Independent People. She also manages the agencies’ most important asset management initiatives, including leasing, marketing, rent collection, facilities maintenance, compliance monitoring, brokerage, asset reporting, and capital improvements. She is responsible for maintaining the positive reputation earned by an organization that insists on resident satisfaction and retention, strategic financial planning, and operational excellence to ensure the sustainability of every asset.
