Michael Santero is currently the Senior Director of Asset Management for Abode Services, Abode Housing Development, and Abode Property Management, where they oversee the development and implementation of strategies for affordable housing. Previously, Michael held various asset management roles at organizations such as First Community Housing, Mercy Housing, and Citizens Housing Corporation, managing multiple properties and securing significant funding for operations and improvements. Michael also served on the boards of Bike East Bay and Community Housing Partnership, focusing on advocacy and financial oversight. They began their career as a Hospital Corpsman in the US Naval Reserves. Michael holds a BS in Health Science from San Jose State University and an MPH-MCP in Public Health - City Planning from UC Berkeley.
