Eva Pardillo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Eva started their career at Jollibee Foods Corporation as a Service Crew, where they interacted with customers, processed orders, and assisted with food preparation. Eva then worked at the University of San Carlos as a Working Scholar, initially as an assistant at the High School Chemistry Laboratory and later as an assistant to the secretary in the High School Principal's Office.

Eva Pardillo joined Sykes Philippines next, where they held various positions. As an Internet Service Provider Senior Technical Support, they handled inbound calls, troubleshooted internet-related concerns, and escalated or transferred calls when necessary. Eva then transitioned to the role of Internet Service Provider Senior Technical Support (Level 1 & Level 2), where they assisted callers with basic connectivity issues and provided feedback to supervisors. Later on, they became a Customer Service Quality Coordinator, responsible for monitoring transactions, providing feedback to agents, and conducting coaching sessions. Eva Pardillo also served as a Quality Assurance Team Lead, supervising quality coordinators, developing training modules, and improving call quality monitoring.

Currently, Eva Pardillo is working at Abodea as a Property Management Technical Support Representative. Eva'sresponsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, answering rental inquiries, and assisting tenants with maintenance needs. Eva also has the role of a Subject Matter Expert, where they utilize their expertise to support the team.

Outside of their professional career, Eva Pardillo served as a Board of Directors member for Carolinian Working Scholars, an organization supporting student scholars.

From 2000 to 2003, Eva Pardillo attended the University of San Carlos, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
