Sam Santos

Sam Santos has extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance, currently serving as Senior Associate General Counsel at Aboitiz Group since July 2017, where responsibilities include board secretariat functions. Additional roles include Assistant Corporate Secretary for Good Governance Advocates and Practitioners of the Philippines and previous positions in various legal capacities at ALLIANCE SELECT FOODS INTERNATIONAL, INC., the Department of Finance - Philippines, and Quiason Makalintal Law Firm. Sam Santos holds a Doctor of Law degree from Ateneo de Manila University, along with a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a specialization in Industrial Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
