Dave Kirby

Dave Kirby has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dave started their career as a software developer for various startups and Fortune 500 companies in the D.C. area. In 2001, they joined Overture Technologies as a V.P. and General Manager, where they played a key role in growing the business and specializing in financial marketplaces for the Higher Education Finance market.

In 2009, Kirby joined Flipside5 as their first employee and worked as a Mobile Developer. Over the next five years, they and the team delivered over 25 successful apps on Apple's app store, with over 100 million unique downloads. They were also launch partners for DeNA's Mobage platform for Android.

In 2013, Kirby and the Flipside5 team partnered with About Objects, and in 2018, they were acquired by the company. Over the next nine years, they worked on innovative iOS applications, including a home health solution on the iPad for Cerner Corporation, the largest healthcare technology company globally.
