Patrick Nea is the Head of Technology and Information Systems at SCOPE Eyecare & Healthcare, where they focus on enhancing operational quality and productivity. Previously, Patrick served as Business Systems Manager at Scope Group, overseeing the implementation of new IS/IT systems and managing vendor relationships. With experience as a Business Systems Analyst at Nutricia and Danone, they led complex projects involving CRM integrations and sales system improvements. Patrick holds a B.Sc. (Honours) in Software Systems from the National College of Ireland, where they also completed a National Certificate in Computing Application & Support.
