For 40+ years, elite teams have quietly relied on one tool to build championship mindsets: the Troutwine Athletic Profile (TAP). Now, Above The Neck combines this proven psychology with advanced AI to democratize mental performance excellence for athletes at every level.

Our platform addresses an urgent crisis: research from our 500,000+ athlete database reveals grit declining 15% since 2017, with anxiety at all-time highs. As physical training reaches its limits, mental performance represents the final frontier—yet most athletes still spend 99% of their training efforts below the neck.

Built on the TAP's championship pedigree (11 Super Bowls, 2 World Series, 1 NBA championship), we deliver comprehensive mental performance solutions. Athletes receive personalized development plans based on their unique psychological profile. Coaches get actionable guidance on how to optimize each player's potential. Parents gain insights to support their children effectively. Organizations access data-driven tools for team building and talent selection.

What sets us apart: We're the only platform combining four decades of validated sports psychology with AI-powered analytics and 24/7 coaching support. Our 8 athletic archetypes framework, athletic performance traits, and sport-specific insights transform complex psychological data into practical strategies.

From NFL draft rooms to youth leagues, we're reversing the mental toughness declines in sports by making championship-level mental training accessible to all. Because while talent gets you to the game, mindset wins championships.

Join the mental performance revolution. Develop "Above The Neck" athletes who exhibit unwavering confidence, laser focus, and the grit to perform when it matters most.
