Wayne Ncube is a Strategic Partnerships Specialist and Automation Consultant at ABP Consultancy since March 2022, with a strong background in process analysis and robotic process automation. Previously, Wayne served as a Business Analyst and Robotic Process Automation Developer at the School of Automation from August 2020 to February 2022, utilizing tools like IBM Blueworks and IBM BPM to design RPA/BPM processes. Additionally, Wayne gained practical experience during a summer placement in light engineering at Shin-Etsu in July 2018, where skills in communication and independent problem-solving were developed.
