Steve Edney is currently the Regional Continuous Improvement Manager at ABP UK, where they continue to drive lean transformation and enhance operational excellence. Previously, they served as a Continuous Improvement Manager at the same company from 2017 to 2023, delivering over £2M in cost savings through their expertise as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Earlier in their career, Steve worked as a Vehicle Mechanic at PRC MOT Ltd from 2005 to 2007. They also briefly held a position as a Slaughterman at ABP UK. Steve attended Southdowns College from 2004 to 2005.
