ABPH is a law firm dedicated to white-collar crime, internal investigations, and international disputes, defends listed and unlisted companies, public institutions, and individuals – including business leaders, politically exposed persons, and figures from the art and culture world.

The partners of the firm – David Apelbaum, Michaël Bendavid, Margaux Durand-Poincloux and Edward Huylebrouck – have developed extensive experience in criminal defense, whether it involves defending the freedom, assets, or reputation of their clients, advising them through coercive investigations and minimizing their impact, or negotiating with prosecuting authorities to reach settlements.

The firm has recently been involved in significant national and international cases, such as particularly complex tax fraud allegations, prosecutions for corruption or influence peddling in an international context, money laundering investigations involving both the business world and organized crime, procedures for undeclared work under new legal challenges (notably regarding platforms) – as well as defending public personalities accused of serious offenses against individuals or facing public accusations.

With a wide network of international contacts, the firm is also at the forefront of international criminal cooperation, transnational internal investigations, European or international arrest warrant issues, and coordination of multi-jurisdictional teams.
