Ross MacLagan

Ross Maclagan is a seasoned supply chain and distribution professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and retail sectors. Currently serving as the Distribution and Supply Chain Policy Manager at the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) since April 2021, Ross focuses on developing policies related to medicine supply resilience and engages with government on critical supply issues. Prior to this role, Ross held various positions at Novartis, including Demand & Inventory Development Manager, and at Alliance Healthcare Ltd, managing supply chain development and relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Ross's career began at Safeway Stores PLC, where roles included Supply Chain Team Leader and Category Supply Planner, alongside experience at Woolworths PLC and Nurdin & Peacock. Ross holds a degree in History from Kingston University and completed studies at Wellington College and Eagle House.
