Shaohong Liang

Shaohong Liang has held a number of positions in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries since 1993. Shaohong began their career at Centocor, Inc. as a Senior Associate Scientist, conducting research for new diagnostic or pharmaceutical product potentials and feasibility studies for conceptual approval of new product development. In 1999, they moved to Molecular Circuitry, Inc. as a Senior Scientist, where they built immunology and biochemistry labs and staffed the facilities for R&D operation. Shaohong then worked at Morphoteck, Inc. as a Senior Scientist, leading the efforts in developing human hybridoma project, developing human hybridoma protocols, and participating in preparation and submission of related patent. In 2004, they joined Prognostix as a Director of Antibody and Assay Development. In 2009, they moved to Cleveland HeartLab, LLC in the same role. Shaohong currently serves as the Director of Antibody Production for the China Division of AbPro.

Shaohong Liang attended Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 1964 to 1970, where they obtained a MD degree in Western and traditional Chinese medicine.
