Meredith Mundy is an accomplished Executive Editor with extensive experience in children's publishing. Currently, at ABRAMS since March 2018, Meredith focuses on acquiring board books, novelty books, and picture books for children aged 0-5. Prior to this role, Meredith held a similar position at Sterling Children's Books since April 2005, where the focus includes picture books, non-fiction, and high-concept literary fiction for middle-grade and young adult readers. Earlier career highlights include serving as an Editor at Dutton Children's Books within Penguin Group USA from 1994 to 2005 and as an Editorial Assistant for Random House in 1994. Educational credentials include an MFA in Creative Writing with a concentration in Poetry from New York University and a BA in Comparative Literature and Studio Art/Bookmaking from Smith College, complemented by studies at La Sorbonne in Paris.
