Abramson Engineering is a boutique MEP firm specializing in providing practical and high-quality engineering solutions for retail and commercial projects. We partner closely with architectural firms and building owners to bring innovative designs to life, helping implement complex ideas that may seem challenging to execute while ensuring they meet local building codes and energy regulations.

Our team excels at navigating the intricacies of local jurisdiction codes and amendments, which vary from county to county. Additionally, we stay up-to-date on green energy standards, including ASHRAE, IGCC, and IECC codes, so that we can properly advise our clients.

At Abramson Engineering, we pride ourselves on our hands-on approach. Shaya Abramson, our founder and principal engineer, is involved in every project, overseeing progress to ensure the vision is accurately implemented and that issues are identified early on. We’re detail-oriented, not just with new construction, but especially when it comes to assessing existing field conditions and tackling the challenges they present.

We’re not just another MEP firm—we’re looking to build long-term partnerships with architecture firms and businesses that value collaboration and communication. Our flexibility allows us to create tailored solutions that align with each project’s budget, while our ability to expedite processes helps keep things on track. We’re committed to delivering exactly what’s needed, on time, and up to standard, always staying transparent about progress and any potential bottlenecks.

Our goal is to build deep, lasting relationships where both our team, partners, and clients grow together. If you’re looking for a responsive, proactive, and transparent MEP firm who can help your retail or commercial project come to life with precision and expertise, let’s connect here or at shaya@abramsonengineering.com and shayaa@abramsonengineering.com.
