Dan Goray

Dan Goray has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Dan is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Abrasive-Form since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cincinnati Fan & Ventilator Co., Inc. from 2016 to 2022, holding various roles such as Operations Manager, Manager of Quality and Manufacturing Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineer. Before that, they worked at Schneider Electric from 2009 to 2016, starting as a Test Engineer and progressing to Senior Manufacturing Engineer. Throughout their career, Dan has been involved in operations management, quality control, manufacturing engineering, and project leadership. Dan has successfully implemented productivity improvements, managed teams, and ensured customer satisfaction.

Dan Goray attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
