Shelly Kipp

Shelly Kipp currently serves as the Global Director of Quality/Regulatory Compliance at Abrasive Technology, LLC, focusing on the abrasives industry with applications in medical, industrial, and aerospace sectors since May 2023. Prior to this role, Shelly Kipp was the Quality Assurance Manager at Bertec from March 2019 to June 2024 and previously held a Quality Assurance Process position at Abrasive Technology from August 2011 to April 2019, where responsibilities included internal audits and aerospace quality management. Additionally, Shelly Kipp was the Treasurer for the ASQ from 2013 to 2014 and worked as an Inspector at United Space Alliance from 1990 to 2011. Shelly Kipp earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Warner University between 2006 and 2010.
