Gavin Davis

Gavin Davis is currently the Head of Litigation and Investigations at Aberdeen, where they oversee contentious regulatory matters and the company's litigation portfolio. They have held the role since 2006, while also serving as the Head of Dispute Resolution at Standard Life. Gavin's previous experience includes working as a Solicitor at McGrigors from 2001 to 2005 and participating as a Non-Executive Board Member for the Edinburgh International Film Festival from 2016 to 2023. They are an accredited Mediator and maintain registrations as a solicitor in both Scotland and England. Gavin holds an LLB (Hons) in Law and Spanish from the University of Glasgow and an LLM in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde.
