Jad Chartouni is the Global Head of Reward at Aberdeen, overseeing compensation strategies and governance. With a strong focus on the financial services sector, Jad has extensive knowledge in remuneration committee advice, executive pay, and all employee reward matters. Previously, Jad served as the Head of Executive Remuneration and Governance at abrdn and spent over a decade at PwC UK in various roles, culminating in a position as Senior Manager.
