Michele Henry

Michele Henry is currently the Global Head of Operational Resilience at Aberdeen Investments, where they lead initiatives to enhance resilience across the global business while ensuring regulatory compliance. Previously, Michele held various roles including Senior Risk Manager at Lloyds Banking Group and Strategy & Planning Consultant at UPC Ireland, where they successfully implemented significant cost-saving measures. They have also contributed to community engagement as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Bridgend Farmhouse, promoting sustainable learning and community connection. Michele holds an MBA in Finance from University College Dublin and a postgraduate diploma in Quality Management from the University of Limerick.
