Rob Quigley

Rob Quigley currently serves as the ITOM Operations Lead at abrdn since October 2022. Prior to this, Rob held the position of Operation Manager at Sapphire for a brief period in 2022. From February 2018 to March 2022, Rob worked at SoConnect Ltd, advancing from Operations Manager to Head of Information Systems. Rob's career also includes a self-employed role at Q3 Services in 2017, and an extensive tenure at Sky from February 1999 to June 2017, where Rob progressed through various positions, ultimately becoming IT Operations Manager with responsibility for production operations of Genesys, Semafone, Qfiniti, LivePerson, and Texbox. Additionally, Rob has experience as a Customer Telephony Support Manager/Team Lead and Senior Genesys Support Engineer.
