Stewart Gray

Stewart Gray is a seasoned professional in the life insurance industry, currently seeking Non-Executive and consulting roles. With extensive experience, Stewart has held executive positions, including Chief Risk Officer and Group Financial Risk Director, across multiple countries such as the UK, Canada, and India. Stewart has also established a shared service center for actuarial work in Mumbai and directed the Solvency II implementation program at Standard Life. Presently, Stewart serves as a Director at abrdn and is a Steering Committee Member of the Scottish Financial Risk Academy, leading the Decarbonisation work stream. Stewart holds a BSc Hons in Pure Mathematics and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries.
