Ankit Prasad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, solutions consulting, and technical engineering within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Solutions Consulting at Abridge since February 2024, Ankit focuses on aiding customers in the design and implementation of Abridge deployments. Previously, as Director of Customer Success and System Integration at Veris Health, Ankit successfully built and scaled a support team for a SaaS platform, achieving 100% customer retention. Ankit's tenure at Epic includes roles as Head of Customer Success, Technical Director, and Team Leader in Technical Services, where key initiatives improved customer engagement and oversight for EHR projects.
