Daniel Gloede

Daniel Gloede has an extensive work experience in various leadership positions. Daniel currently serves as the SVP Finance & Operations at Abridge. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Backbend in 2021. In 2016, they founded Next Series Club, a members-only club for finance and operations business leaders. Daniel held the position of Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer at Colossus from 2022 to 2023. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the President and CFO at Codeverse. Before that, they founded Hatch Loyalty in 2017 and held the role of CEO. Daniel also served as CEO and COO at Belly from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Advisory Board Member at Janus Choice, Finance Accounting Manager at STATS LLC, and Manager at KPMG, LLP.

Daniel Gloede has a strong education background in finance and accounting. Daniel holds an MBA degree with a focus on Finance & Strategic Management from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Accountancy from Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2004. Daniel'sBachelor of Science degree in Accountancy was also earned from the same institution, from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their academic achievements, Daniel has obtained certifications as a Certified Fraud Examiner from ACFE and as a Certified Public Accountant from AICPA and IDFPR.
