Johnathan Bowes

Johnathan Bowes is currently a Senior Security & Privacy Compliance Program Manager at Abridge, where they lead programs in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Program Analyst at the NIH Office of Extramural Research, focusing on genomic data sharing policy, and contributed to the development of data governance policies at 23andMe. Johnathan began their career at Helix, where they rose to the position of Senior Policy Analyst and were a founding member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. They hold a Master of Arts in Bioethics & Science Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and Society from Stanford University.
