Jon Salon

Jon Salon is a seasoned executive and legal professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and private equity sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Healthcare at BCI since June 2024, Jon leads the firm’s Private Equity team from New York City. Prior to this role, Jon was the CEO and President of MDLIVE, an Evernorth company, from March 2022 to May 2024, and has held key positions at MDLIVE as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Corporate Development Officer. Jon co-founded Bedford Funding, managing a $1.4 billion private equity fund complex, and has also held senior legal and corporate development roles at Unica Corporation and Infor. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, along with participation in the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Fellows Program.
