Katy Ferry

Katy Ferry currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at Abridge, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Katy accumulated extensive recruiting experience at Samsara from April 2018 to April 2025, where roles included Executive Recruiter and Director of Recruiting. Katy began a recruiting career at Cisco Meraki as a Recruiter from August 2015 to April 2017, and earlier, worked at Gap Inc. as a Recruiting Sourcer, along with roles as Inventory Planner and Inventory Analyst from July 2012 to August 2015. Katy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Boston College and has furthered education at Università degli Studi Parma.
