Michelle Marr

Michelle Marr is an experienced professional in implementation and customer operations, currently serving as the Director of Implementation at Abridge since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Director of Implementation and Lead Implementation Manager at LetsGetChecked, a health insights company that facilitates consumer access to testing and clinical services. From July 2014 to June 2021, Michelle worked at Epic, progressing through various roles including Customer Operations Lead for Enterprise Implementations and Enterprise Implementation Director. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Investigator Assistant at the Program for Research on Outcomes of Kids (PROKids) from July 2012 to June 2014. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 2014.
