Rohan Wadhawan

Rohan Wadhawan is currently a Machine Learning Researcher at Abridge since January 2025 and has previously served as a Teaching Associate and Graduate Research Assistant at UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science from September 2022 to January 2025. Rohan contributed to the development of coursework in Natural Language Processing for both graduate and undergraduate students and was involved in evaluating multimodal models for text-rich visual reasoning. Rohan's past roles include Senior Software Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute India, where Rohan enhanced smartphone camera features using deep learning, as well as various positions focusing on software engineering and research across organizations such as the Indian Institute of Technology and HCL Infosystems. Rohan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from UCLA and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
