Devon Rucker has worked in the customer service industry since 2011. Devon began their career as a Server at The Summit House in 2011. In 2013, they moved on to become an Account Manager at Abriza, a company that takes the hassle out of home maintenance. In this role, they helped customers minimize the surprise flood, appliance, or HVAC failure by getting out ahead of problems.
