Peter Edelman

Peter Edelman (1972) is currently the HR Manager at Abrona, an organization that supports adults with intellectual disabilities in the province of Utrecht. With nearly a decade of experience managing assessment centers at Berenschot, they focused on identifying human talent and promoting personal and professional development. In 2016, Peter earned a PhD from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, specializing in Leader Emotional Ability, which examines individual differences among leaders in emotional recognition, understanding, and management. Peter also holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Utrecht University and a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University.
