Roos van der Helm

Roos van der Helm is currently a Teammanager Zorg at Abrona and a Master of Science student in Innovatie in Zorg & Welzijn at Hogeschool Utrecht. With a background that includes studies in Human Resource Management and Socialezekerheidsrecht, Roos has developed a strong interest in supporting individuals with disabilities through various roles, including as a specialist coach and personal guide. Roos has gained practical experience through internships at several organizations, which has further fueled a passion for nature and its therapeutic potential. They have also made contributions to the field through research on the implementation of the Wet banenafspraak while working with the municipality de BUCH.
