Eric Clark

Eric joined ABS Capital in 2021 as an associate. He is responsible for advising portfolio companies on M&A opportunities and growth initiatives, creating and analyzing financial models, and conducting due diligence. Prior to joining ABS, Eric was an associate director in UBS’s M&A Group. With a background in investment banking, Eric uses his analytical framework to support sourcing, execution, and value creation across ABS Capital’s investment portfolio. Previously, Eric was an associate at JPMorgan Chase and served in the U.S. Navy.

Eric works in ABS's Baltimore office. When not in the office, Eric enjoys spending time with his family and friends, staying active with swimming and other activities, and reading.
