Rick Tan

Rick Tan, Jr. currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer and Head of Treasury at ABS-CBN Corporation since September 2013. Prior to this role, Rick held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. from January 2008 to September 2013, and served as a Staff Consultant specializing in Financial Sector and Private Sector Development at the Asian Development Bank from 2005 to 2008. Earlier experience includes being President and Chief Operating Officer at Filcredit Finance and Capital Development Corporation (1999-2005), Vice President for Investor Relations, Strategic Planning, and Regulatory Management at Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (1994-2004), and Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Philippine Airlines (1992-1994). Rick's career began at the Department of Finance as a Senior Financial Economist from 1986 to 1989. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSc in Monetary Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
