Roberto Labayen

Head, Integrated Creative Communication Management at ABS-CBN

Roberto Labayen is the current Head of Integrated Creative Communication Management at ABS-CBN. Roberto has over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, having worked with some of the top agencies in the Philippines. Roberto started their career in 1985 as a VP-Creative Director at Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, where they created advertising campaigns for various local and multinational clients. In 1999, they moved to JWT Manila as a Managing Partner and Executive Creative Director, and continued to create successful campaigns for their clients. Roberto has won numerous awards for their work, and is considered one of the top creative minds in the Philippines.

Roberto Labayen is a candidate for a Masters degree in Mass Communication at the University of the Philippines. Roberto has an AB in Sociology from Bicol University.

They are on a team with Antonio S. Ventosa - CEO, Sky Cable Corporation, Raymund Martin T. Miranda - Chieft Strategy & Risk Officer, and Ricardo B. Tan, Jr. - Group CFO. Roberto Labayen reports to Carlo L. Katigbak, Board Member, President & CEO.
