James Holsem

James Holsem is an experienced IATF 16949 Lead Auditor at ABS Group since 2022. Previously, they held various director-level positions at Dana Holding Corporation, managing operations, restructuring efforts in Europe, and implementing a multi-national IT shared service center. From 2006 to 2021, James served as Director of Operations at Mahle Engine Components USA, Inc., overseeing multiple manufacturing facilities across four countries. Their career began at SPX Corporation, where they worked in various roles, including Plant Manager, and included a notable tenure as a Small Business Consultant with the United States Peace Corps from 1992 to 1994. James holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Calvin University.
