Robert Walker

Robert "Rab" Walker serves as the Director at ABS Group, leading interdisciplinary teams in critical infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emergency response while managing P&L accountability. Walker is also a Board Member at the National Institute for Hometown Security and serves as Commissioner for the Kentucky Emergency Management Agency, contributing to hazardous substance policy development and community training. Previous experience includes roles at HWC, where oversight of federal contracts and cybersecurity initiatives was implemented, and leadership positions at Fluor, Kentucky Emergency Management Agency, and the Peace Corps. Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Engineering Management from The George Washington University.
