Currently serving as Head of Service Delivery at ABS IT Services since 2018, Jonathan has played a pivotal role in the company's transition to a Managed Security Service Provider, focusing on compliance, change management, and implementing ISO standards. Previous roles include Assistant Director of CIS at the UK Ministry of Defence, where responsibilities spanned IT management across regional offices, and various IT management positions in educational institutions, including Canterbury Christ Church University. Jonathan's career began in the pharmaceutical sector at ALTANA Pharma, establishing an IT department during significant company growth. Jonathan holds a BSc in Software Engineering from Teesside University.
