Chuck Kemper

Chuck Kemper has been in the HR field for over 25 years. Chuck started their career with Aker Solutions in 1994 and spent 13 years there, eventually becoming Vice President of Human Resources. In 2007, they left Aker Solutions to join WorleyParsons as Vice President of Human Resources for Southwest Operations. Chuck remained with WorleyParsons for seven years before moving to Wood in 2014, where they served as Senior Vice President, People & Organization - Asset Solutions Americas until 2020. Chuck is currently the SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer at American Bureau of Shipping.

Chuck Kemper has a bachelor's degree in civil and environmental engineering from Cornell University, an MBA from Xavier University's Williams College of Business, and a diploma from St. Xavier High School in Louisville, Kentucky. Chuck is also certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Chuck Kemper reports to Christopher J. Wiernicki, Chairman, President & CEO. They work with John McDonald - Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Derek Novak - Vice President and Chief Engineer, and Patrick Ryan - Senior Vice President, Engineering & Technology.
