Doug Johnivan

Doug Johnivan, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Applications at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since September 2012, where responsibilities include leading the IT Application Services organization and collaborating with executive leadership to shape the Applications vision. Prior roles include Sr. Manager of Corporate Applications Portfolio at ABS, overseeing the implementation of Fusion HCM, and Senior IT Program Manager at GE Energy, where Doug led technology strategy and project management for Commercial Operations. Earlier experience includes project management in Oracle ERP at GE and business performance consulting at Deloitte. Doug Johnivan’s career foundation began in the US Marine Corps as a Fire Direction Control Platoon Leader. Doug holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University.
