Cindy Stringer

Cindy Stringer is an accomplished professional in the field of risk management and finance, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Risk Reporting at Absa Group since July 2017, following a role as Capital Demand Manager. Previously, Cindy held the position of Head of Balance Sheet Management for Retail at Barclays Africa Group Limited from July 2013 to June 2017, and worked as a Manager in Capital Markets at Deloitte & Touche from May 2011 to June 2013. Cindy began her career as a Trainee at Deloitte from 2008 to 2010, where a focus on banking was established during the completion of articles with CA(SA). Cindy holds a BComm (Hons), CTA in Accounting from the University of South Africa and a BBusSc in Finance from the University of Cape Town.
